Accord is a full service market research and data consultancy. Current work includes qualitative, telephone, online and postal surveys as well as data analysis and consultancy.
Accord is owned and run by Nigel Jacklin. He oversees all work with Trystan Lancaster (Data Analyst) and Lisa Landucci (Project Manager). Work is conducted in-house from our offices in Eastbourne.
Our areas of expertise include measurement/tracking studies, product development, customer service and data analysis.
Nigel set up his first research consultancy in 1995, having previously worked as Deputy Managing Director of Ipsos Media. He has worked for many of the world’s leading media organisations, spending five years acting as an in-house consultant to the Financial Times. Nigel worked with the online industry to set up UKOM (measuring the internet in the UK) and the national newspapers to set up PAMCo (which measures magazine and newspaper consumption).
